HOW TO ORDER COATS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE
1. Write down the item numbers of the
coats you want to order.
2. Click the Add To Cart button.
3. When you're ready to check out,
under your shipping address/method,
click Add to add special
instructions to the seller.
4. In the special instructions box,
type in the item numbers of the coats you want and click Save.
Then
click the Pay Now button and your order will soon be in the mail to
you.

SHIPPING, HANDLING, and PAYMENT
We ship our items free using United States Postal Service first class mail. If you would like to use priority mail with tracking, please contact me at k9tailor@yahoo.com and I will tell you how much your shipping cost will be. We do not ship outside the fifty United States. We accept payments via Paypal.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
To redeem a PayPal gift certificate, follow the directions when you check out using PayPal.
To redeem a paper gift certificate purchased from us at craft show, mail it to K9Tailor at 738 Connie Street, Jackson, MO 63755. Enclose a note with your name, email address, shipping address, and telephone number, and let us know which items you want to order. We will calculate the amount of your order, subtract the value of the gift certificate, add tax if applicable and send you a PayPal invoice for the total. When you pay the invoice, we will ship your order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
What you see on the website is what we currently have for sale. However, if there is something special you want for your dog, please go to the "Custom" page of this website.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Please measure your dog accurately and look at the size chart (below) before you order. If you have any questions about how to measure, contact us at k9tailor@yahoo.com and ask before you order.
We do not accept returns of custom orders or hats.
Except for custom orders and hats, we will accept returns if an item is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed and undamaged, and if you mail it back to us at your expense within seven days of the date you receive it. We suggest you use tracking confirmation when you return an item, because we are not responsible for a returned item which is lost in the mail.
We will not issue refunds for returned items. Instead, we will give you a credit equal to the price you paid for the item. Shipping/handling is not refundable.
Measure neck around collar.
Measure body length from collar to base of tail -- Do not include the length of the tail.
Measure girth around the chest at its widest point, behind the front legs.
X-X Small 7-9" body length, 14-16" girth, 8-11" neck
X-Small 9-11" body length, 15-17" girth, 9-11" neck
Small 11-13" body length, 16-19" girth, 11-13" neck
Medium 14-16" body length, 18-20" girth, 11-13" neck
Medium Wide 14-16" body length, 21-24" girth, 16-18" neck
Capes and RUFFlers: Only the neck measurement (above) is needed.
scARFs: These slide over your dog's collar, so measure the entire length of the collar, including the buckles.
All other sizes are custom orders only.
